I, a user of mg4o.com (the “Website”), hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Maxim Filippov (INN 233612790066), hereinafter the “Operator”, to process my personal data on the following terms.

The Operator processes the following personal data that I provide myself: surname and first name, to the extent I have given them; a contact for getting in touch — e-mail address, phone number or messenger nickname; the text of my task or message. In addition, when a form is submitted, technical data is recorded: IP address, date and time, interface language and the address of the page the form was sent from.

Getting in touch with me: replying to my enquiry and consultation. Discussing and carrying out the work on my task. Improving the quality of the Website’s services. The Operator does not send marketing without separate consent.
3. Methods and actions with the data
Processing is carried out automatically — using information systems — and non-automatically — manually, with protective measures. Actions: collection, recording, storage, updating, use, transfer (to third parties only to achieve the purposes of processing) and deletion.
4. Duration of the consent
The consent is valid from the moment the data is provided until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 6 months from my last enquiry — or until the consent is withdrawn or the processing is required to stop, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. Terms of data transfer
The Operator guarantees confidentiality and does not transfer the data to third parties, except in cases provided by law and to the services that keep the Website running — hosting and notification delivery. Those services process the data on the Operator’s instructions and are obliged to comply with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
6. Withdrawal of the consent
I may withdraw the consent at any time by sending a written request to support@mg4o.com. The request must state my surname, first name, contact details and an explicit demand to withdraw the consent. The Operator stops processing within 30 days of receiving the request.
7. Additional terms
The data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Website. I confirm that I am aware of my rights (Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”): access to my data, its updating, blocking and deletion.
